Timeless Twine & Sweet Stamp Shop Cross Promotion

Hi All

Today I just wanted to let you know that Timeless Twine has teamed up with Sweet Stamp Shop to bring to you some adorable projects featuring both Companies

I was provided with the following  to use in creating my project
 $7.95

These stamps are line stamps, but the line is quite bold, so I used a pencil eraser and lightly conditioned the stamp lines, to make sure that I had a nice dark stamped image

I will have to come back later and add my supplies links. But the paper is from DCWV linen 8x8 stack and I used Stampin up Bashful blue ink for the background on the larger nestie

December Peachy Keen Connection Challenges

Hey Peachies

I just wanted to share with you a project that I created for the Peachy Keen Connection Release Challenges .

The first Challenge:

Your hostess for this challenge is the talented Peachy Keen Designer Jennie Garcia.
Jennie's Challenge for this release is to include a "Drink" into your project.

You can make anything you like for this challenge, as long as you follow Jennie's guidelines, AND you need to use Peachy Keen Stamps to be considered to win the prize.  We'll only award a prize to an entrant who used their Peachy Keen Stamps.

In order to have all the entries in one place, please upload your photo  on the PK Connection and when uploading, tag your photos with the key words DECEMBERCHALLENGE#1 (all caps and NO spaces).  That's all you need to do!  All photos with that tag will be grouped together in one place so that we may easily count the entries.

Here was my project that I made for inspiration
DSCN1973

Lately I have been trying to challenge myself by using Card folds that I normally wouldn't use.

This is a Joy fold card, It's it fantastic?

If you have never made a joy fold card I have a tutorial here!!

The paper papers are From  K& Company Sweet Nectar 6x6

The Second Challenge

Two of our wonderfully talented Peachy Keen Designers, DoBea Alberts, and Glorajean Beardall are co-hosting for Challenge #2, and their challenge is one that you will have lots of fun with!  Their two-part challenge is to create a card or project with a word art background and include a snowman as the focal point.

You can make anything you'd like for this challenge, as long as it follows DoBea and Glora's guidelines and includes the word art and snowman, AND you need to use the Peachy Keen Stamps of your choice.  ONLY entries using PKS will be considered for the prize.

In order to have all the entries in one place, please upload your photo on the PK Connection and when uploading, tag your photos with the key words DECEMBERCHALLENGE#2 (all caps and NO spaces).  That's all you need to do!  All photos with that tag will be grouped together in one place so that we may easily count the entries.

I have yet to make my project for inspiration for this challenge, but it's in the works. I will update this post once it's finished. :)

PKS Challenge 45 : Just Cards : Shape It Up

Today is another Challenge Day over at Peachy Keen Stamps, and I'm part of the design team providing inspiration for the challenge

The Challenge
Peachy Keen Challenge 43 : Just Cards :: Shape It Up!

Guidelines

    • Design must be new
    • Design must be a card (Just Cards) and be a shaped card (something other than the standard square or rectangle).
    • Link up by 12/05- 11:59 pm EST
    • You don't need our stamps to play along, but only entries using Peachy Keen Stamps can earn Top Peach!
    • Sorry, but any entry that does not meet the guidelines for this challenge will be removed immediately without notice.
We'll be awarding "TOP PEACH" to the player who uses their Peachy Keen Stamps this week and they, along with our TOP 3 (runners up) will receive a spiffy badge to display on their blog!

    Here is my project

    DSCN1967

For this project, I used the SVGS from SVG Cuts, and may make the cut software to create  a shaped card.

    Circular Easel Card
    - Cut a circular card base out with die templates.  In this project I used SVG Files from SVG Cuts.

    - Score one of the circle card sides in half and fold the other half up.

    - Add adhesive to the folded up 1/2 circle.

    - Adhere another circle shape, cut with the same die you used to cut the card base, to the 1/2 circle.

I finished the project with some embossing, as of course my Peachy Keen Stamps. All supplies are listed above
