This LO is super cute and these images/digis are to adorable. I went over to LDD & they have lots of goodies that I def want. Now to actually figure out MTS. Thats the software you used, right? And is it similar to gypsy/ds?
Thanks!

hahah Thank you. SHe was sitting on my lap for like 90% of me making that layout. And I plan on doing more inkscape/SCAL videos soon. I will try to crank some out so you can have them to watch while I'm away on vacation, but if not, I will definately have them when I return

Thank you so much Ellen :)

Yea Little Dreamer Delights has a ton of great stuff, as well as Lettering Delights.

I am going to show another tutorial on converting images into cricut cutables using make the cut/ sure cut's alot softwares

It is in some ways similar to design studio except more powerful, you can make your own images, fonts, but the welding is the same, and some of the features. If you know gypsy, DS, you shouldn't have too hard of a time. Dont worry I hope to do a full tutorial, on it soon. IF not before my vacation (aug 3) when i return (aug 12)

Thank you :) I'm still kind of novice at make the cut, But I plan on showing what I've learned soon in a video

so where did you get these images from??

Cristina Garcia said...

I usually get my Graphics from Lettering Delights
<<link under sponsors

But These images I got from Little Dreamers Designs. You can find all of Nancy Kubo's Graphic Collections at this link

Hi Cristina.cute cute page..would also love to learn how you made that hula girl file into a mtc file. I have tried but could not get the distinct cuts - did you use inkscape at all as well?? or photoshop?? would love to see a video tutorial on how you actually converted this picture file into mtc /cutting file.. ps cute cute helper..if my daughter got involved she would just want to put everything in her mouth.

Richelle, Yes I used Inkscape. I already do have a tutorial on how to convert images (in the specific tutorial i used an image from lettering delights, but it works with any good quality graphics file)

here

i do plan on showing how i do the images in layers ,with a medium difficulty file ( the girl I consider medium difficulty) I am in the process of editing that, and you should expect to see it up here next week. So stay out on the look for it.

I hope you can get some valuable information from the tutorial i have already completed, the steps are the same, I use Both Make the cut and Sure Cut's alot.

and my daughter does put everything in her mouth!!! she loves biting on my wood mounted stamps.

thanks for visiting

hugs

Cristina
